Compensation will range from $30 to $35 depending on experience. Super Automatic Espresso Machine Experience is a requirement for applying.
The Role:
The Field Service Technician will work independently to provide reactive and preventative maintenance services. The Field Service Technician also acts as the face of Tr Coffee Service, providing excellent customer service during site visits.
Job Description:
Are you mechanically inclined? Have you always liked figuring out how things work? Do you like providing top tier customer service? Then come join our team and become part of the best provider of commercial coffee repairs in Northern California. You will work with a variety of customers to install, mechanically/electrically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain their coffee equipment Your day starts as soon as you leave home and ends when you get back home You'll have a list of service events scheduled for you on that day and will work on resolving all the events
Qualifications:
Super Automatic Espresso Machine Experience is a requirement Experience in repair and maintenance Water filtration (commercial ro systems) repair and service Good verbal and written communication skills The ability to learn new equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot when necessary Valid driver's license and be insurable Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance Must be able to work in tight areas and underneath cabinets Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
