You will drive customer satisfaction by providing precise diagnostics and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance levels. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive on-site installations, start-ups, and troubleshooting of complex mechanical and electrical laundry systems. Deliver exceptional client support by diagnosing equipment failures and providing clear, actionable guidance on proper operation. Perform proactive preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and minimize operational downtime. Manage technical documentation and service reports to ensure accurate tracking of all repairs and maintenance activities. Coordinate the procurement of necessary components and manage inventory levels for your assigned service vehicle. Collaborate with internal teams to refine service processes and escalate complex technical challenges for resolution. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency with single-phase electrical power systems. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical schematics and electrical diagrams. Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. Physical capability to perform tasks including kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Preferred Skills 3+ years of experience in industrial or commercial equipment repair. Experience utilizing digital ticketing or dispatch systems for service management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and Excel. Strong self-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize multiple service calls in a fast-paced environment.
