- Requirements Proven experience in residential water mitigation/restoration Experience scoping and running residential water mitigation jobs from inspection through completion Proven ability to close jobs and convert estimates into signed work Experience leading crews or working as a Crew Chief / Lead Technician Strong customer communication and leadership skills Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and other stakeholders Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects IICRC certifications are a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation•Pay & Benefits Up to $95,000 salary depending on experience Fast-track promotion opportunities Clear advancement path to Project Manager and Operations Manager Leadership development and increased earning potential as responsibilities grow Opportunity to join an established company during an exciting period of expansion•The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Restoration Crew Chief / Lead Technician who is ready to take the next step.
