At-will About the Role We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Field Associate to join our team in Eastvale, CA. This is a flexible, on-call position ideal for someone who is self-motivated, physically capable, and interested in hands-on fieldwork. This role focuses primarily on trailer and yard maintenance, restroom deliveries, and porta potty pumping operations. Work is not guaranteed and varies depending on job schedules, but offers valuable hands-on experience with opportunities to grow within the company. Key Responsibilities Deliver, stage, and retrieve portable restrooms and trailers at events and job sites Drive company vehicles and trailers safely to and from locations Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment Assist with setup and teardown at job sites Handle yard management tasks such as organizing, washing, and preparing trailers and equipment Support client communications when needed (e.g., placing or receiving calls) Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs Requirements Valid California Driver's License Clean driving record (no significant points or violations) No criminal history Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to and from job locations Flexible and willing to work on short notice Preferred Qualifications Experience driving trailers Experience working with portable restrooms or septic pumping Prior event or site service experience What We Offer Hourly pay: $20-$28/hr based on experience Flexible schedule on an as-needed basis Hands-on work in a team-oriented environment Opportunity to gain valuable field experience and grow with the company Schedule On-call / Per Diem Work may include weekdays, weekends, or early mornings depending on job assignments
