Full Job Description Job Title:

Battery Solutions Technician Company:

BSI (in partnership with LG Energy Solution)

Location:

In-person (Requires travel up to 5 days a week) The Role Keep battery systems running at their best. You will handle the hands-on maintenance, testing, and upkeep of energy storage technology to minimize downtime and support green energy goals.

What You'll Do Technical Work:

Test battery voltages, calibrate equipment, and perform routine battery replacements.

Quality Control:

Inspect products for defects and log data to ensure everything meets high standards.

Operations:

Use equipment like scissor lifts, scaffolding, telehandlers, and forklifts to move materials and keep the workspace clean and safe.

Support:

Assist with general manufacturing, maintenance and inspection tasks as needed.

Requirements Experience:

Basic mechanical skills and comfort operating machinery. Electrical or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Physical:

Must be able to stand, lift, and move around both indoors and outdoors for the full shift.

Communication:

Clear verbal and written skills.

Travel:

You must be willing to travel to and stay overnight for various job sites 5 days a week.
