Water Damage Mitigation Technician

Are you an experienced Water Damage Mitigation Technician looking for a dynamic role with a leading restoration company? We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team and respond to emergency water damage incidents.

What You'll Do:

Respond promptly to emergency water damage calls. Perform comprehensive damage assessments and scope of work. Lead water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping. Oversee the safe removal of damaged materials. Apply anti-microbial treatments and ensure proper documentation (photos, notes, moisture readings). Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and team members. Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Water Damage Mitigation Technician.

IICRC WRT

(Water Restoration Technician) preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in various environments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency with moisture meters, thermal imaging, and drying equipment.
