What You'll Do Diagnose and repair coffee machines, espresso equipment, water filtration systems, and kegerators at client sites, minimizing downtime Perform preventive maintenance to keep client accounts running flawlessly Bench-test and prep new equipment at our warehouse before installations Serve as lead driver and key support for our Operations Supervisor on route planning and execution Train and coach teammates on equipment operation, maintenance protocols, and service standards Spot recurring issues and propose improvements to processes, tools, or training Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams — bring problems with proposed solutions

What We're Looking For Required:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to routinely lift and carry up to 75 lbs (kegs, equipment, product) Strong troubleshooting instincts — you find the root cause, not just the workaround Clear communicator with clients and teammates, technical and non-technical alike Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with sound judgment Strong organization and prioritization under pressure Preferred (not required — we train the right person): 2+ years in coffee/espresso equipment repair, appliance repair, HVAC, or a related technical field Refrigeration experience is a strong plus 2+ years of delivery, route, or field operations experience Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Standard 8-Hour Shift, with additional hours as required based on business needs) Training Schedule will be Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
