Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair window and door product issues in the field Troubleshoot service concerns and determine root causes (installation, product, or performance-related) Perform repairs, adjustments, and part replacements Serve as the primary technician on service calls, ensuring timely and professional resolution Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, solutions, and product care Accurately document service visits using company systems and mobile tools Follow work orders, schedules, safety protocols, and company standards Maintain clean and organized service vehicles, tools, and work areas Ensure customer homes and job sites are left clean and restored Manage and track parts inventory as needed Develop knowledge of MITER Brands product lines, installation methods, and warranty standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience in window/door service, installation, carpentry, glazing, construction, or related field (level will be determined based on experience) Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field Proficiency with hand and power tools Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable using mobile devices (iPad/tablet) for documentation and scheduling Basic computer skills (email, data entry) Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus Ready to Join the Team?
