We value integrity, accountability, and taking pride in doing the job right the first time. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Septic System Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the diagnosis, repair, installation, and replacement of septic system components, including pumps, control panels, and floats. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working in physically demanding field conditions. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair malfunctioning septic system components Install and replace septic system pumps, control panels, and floats Troubleshoot pressurized pump systems and electrical controls Perform service work safely and efficiently in the field Maintain accurate service records and documentation Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional, courteous service Follow all safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures Qualifications Minimum 2 years of service technician experience (septic, pump systems, plumbing, or similar field service work) Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems related to septic and pump applications Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class B) - required Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused with a strong work ethic Physical & Work Requirements Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined or uneven spaces Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to move efficiently between tasks and job sites What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Stable, year-round work Opportunities for growth and skill development Supportive team environment with high standards and clear expectations If you are a skilled service technician who takes pride in physical, hands-on work and delivering dependable results, we encourage you to apply.
