In this role, you will be responsible for performing water extraction, drying, and cleaning. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in challenging environments, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and sanitization processes. Document work progress and complete accurate records for insurance claims. Set up and monitor drying equipment to ensure proper restoration. Work closely with team members, customers, and insurance adjusters. Follow safety guidelines and restoration industry standards (IICRC, OSHA). Maintain and clean equipment and vehicles. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in water damage restoration. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations. Must be physically fit to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Working Conditions:

Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required. Express or exchange ideas with others quickly, receive and act on detailed information given. For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face
