We specialize in emergency response services including water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup, trauma scene cleanup, and board-ups. Our mitigation team plays a critical role in helping clients recover from unexpected property damage with professionalism and care. We are looking for a dependable and skilled Lead Mitigation Technician to oversee daily field operations and support our growing mitigation division. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and is ready to guide others through high-stress, high-impact jobs. What You'll Do Lead and supervise mitigation technicians on water, mold, fire, and biohazard response jobs Oversee demolition, drying equipment setup, moisture monitoring, and jobsite safety Serve as the main point of contact on-site, representing CC Restoration with professionalism Coordinate with the Mitigation Project Manager for daily work orders, supplies, and job updates Ensure proper documentation of moisture readings, equipment logs, and photo records Train new technicians on equipment use, safety procedures, and IICRC standards Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and ensure equipment is properly stocked and ready Identify issues in the field and communicate clearly with the project manager to resolve them Support company standards for quality control, communication, and customer care Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience in water mitigation or restoration Prior leadership experience or demonstrated ability to supervise crews in the field Experience with water extraction, equipment setup, demolition, and jobsite containment Ability to lift and move 50 to 100 pounds safely and regularly Comfortable working in water-damaged, fire-damaged, or contaminated environments Familiarity with job documentation apps or platforms such as DASH or MICA is a plus IICRC certifications such as WRT or ASD are highly desired but not required Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Benefits Competitive pay with bonus opportunities Paid time off and paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid training and opportunities to earn industry certifications Company-provided work phone Fuel card and company vehicle access for job-related use Advancement opportunities within the mitigation division If you're a reliable leader who thrives in fast-paced situations and wants to make a difference, we encourage you to apply and join the CC Restoration team.
