As a Lead Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis Restoration, you'll respond to properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damage while helping guide and support team members on-site. This is a key role where you'll provide leadership, deliver quality work, and support customers during challenging situations. We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in helping others and want to grow with our company. What does a Lead Restoration Mitigation Technician do? Serve others within your community in their time of need Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage) Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology Job Responsibilities Perform and help oversee restoration work (e.g., water mitigation, board-up, mold remediation) Provide excellent customer service and support team members on-site Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and ensure equipment is ready for use Assist with setting up equipment and preparing materials for removal or storage Clean and maintain tools and equipment used on the job Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable as needed Support warehouse and facility tasks when required Assist with demolition of damaged materials Job Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Written and verbal fluency in English Valid driver's license Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently Exposure to potentially extreme weather conditions Standing, lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, for 8-12+ hours per day Benefits Paid time off 7 company paid holidays 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental and disability insurance options offered On-the-job training to develop new skills
