Colorado Springs, CO We help homeowners restore their homes - and peace of mind - after unexpected damage. As a Restoration Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis Restoration, you'll respond to properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damage. This is an important, entry-level role where you'll learn valuable skills, support customers during challenging situations, and be part of a team that makes a real difference. We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in helping others and want to grow with our company. What does a Restoration Mitigation Technician do? Help customers in your community after property damage or disasters Assist with restoration work such as water or fire damage cleanup Take pride in completing work with quality and care Communicate with empathy and a sense of urgency using available technology Job Responsibilities Perform restoration and cleanup work (e.g., water mitigation, board-up, mold remediation) under supervision Provide excellent customer service throughout each project Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment Assist with setting up equipment and preparing materials for removal or storage Clean and care for tools and equipment used on the job Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable as needed Support warehouse and facility tasks when required Assist with demolition of damaged materials Job Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Written and verbal fluency in English Valid driver's license Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently Exposure to potentially extreme weather conditions Standing, lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, for 8-12+ hours per day Benefits Paid time off 7 company paid holidays 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental and disability insurance options offered On-the-job training to develop new skillsBenefits
