The Essentials:

Professional Presence:

Neat appearance and polite communication for inside customers' homes.

Experience:

1-2 years of construction, handyman, or warehouse experience preferred. A strong, self-motivated work ethic is most important.

Detail-Oriented & Organized:

You have solid attention to detail and naturally keep your workspace—whether a customer's attic or the shop floor—clean and highly organized.

Physical Requirements:

Safely climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs overhead.

The Right Attitude:

You take initiative. You don't wait to be told to clean a site or organize a shelf.

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable using mobile devices for tracking time and inventory (Service Titan experience is a plus).

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (background checks conducted).
