Field Technician Details:

Temporary position $23.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Sunday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm) Perform technical tasks at various sites to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and decommission meteorological towers or remote sensing units. Complete daily safety documentation (Job Hazard Analysis) to ensure a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with the manager through Slack for daily updates and coordination. Drive and operate DOT-certified trucks and trailers safely in the field. Clean, maintain, and inventory tools and equipment. Travel frequently to project sites for extended stays (1-2 weeks). Build knowledge of tower operations under the guidance of a lead technician. Safely operate heavy machinery and use hand and power tools. Participate in project planning with team input. Act professionally across diverse sites, including remote and construction areas. Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Field Technician Qualifications:

Demonstrates high integrity, reliability, and sound judgment, with the ability to work independently and make effective decisions in the field. Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking, with a focus on identifying effective solutions. Maintains a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills, contributing to productive collaboration and a supportive work environment. Ability to travel 1-2 weeks at a time.
