In this role, you'll assist with the safe delivery, setup, and installation of hot tubs, saunas, and related equipment. Our products can be large, ability to perform limited heavy lifting will be required. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. For those with experience or exceptional aptitude, an opportunity to be a team leader can be presented within a short on boarding process. Responsibilities Assist delivery drivers in safely transporting hot tubs, saunas, and large appliances using box trucks or similar vehicles. Help with the assembly, positioning, and installation of equipment on customer sites according to schematics and technical instructions. Support with equipment repair or troubleshooting minor mechanical or electrical issues during delivery or setup. Ensure all deliveries comply with safety standards and proper handling procedures to prevent damage or injury. Communicate effectively with customers to coordinate delivery times and answer basic questions about the setup process. Conduct visual inspections of equipment before and after delivery to identify potential issues or damages. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during all phases of delivery and setup. Requirements Previous experience as a delivery driver or in field service roles involving appliance or equipment delivery preferred but not required. Mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, HVAC principles, refrigeration, and basic appliance repair a plus. Experience with assembly or equipment repair is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or any size trailer. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to interpret technical diagrams and follow detailed instructions accurately. Physical stamina to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks safely.
