This position is for an experienced Technician who will transition into a Lead Technician over the next couple of months. Daily Duties On-call and weekend availability (Bonus provided for afterhours dispatch) Drive, walk, sit, and move objects for long stretches of time Lift up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds with team support) Work in tight spaces and safely operate equipment/vehicles Clean and maintain equipment/warehouse/vehicles Perform initial on-site inspection and follow safety processes and procedures Be a team player and work effectively with crews on all projects Manage crews with confidence when leading jobs Applicant Requirements 2+ Years of experience in the restoration industry (Required)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7:30am-5:00pm with overtime availability as needed Great customer service skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred Strong written and verbal communication Active driver's license, clean driving record and background check Live within 30 minutes or less of Northglenn for prompt arrival and dispatch IICRC certifications are desirable, but not necessary Experience using computers and industry programs such as Xactimate is a major plus, but not necessary
