Mitigation Technician - Job Description Position Summary Mitigation Technicians provide emergency restoration and mitigation services to residential and commercial properties affected by water, mold, fire, and other catastrophic losses. Our mission is to serve our customers thoroughly, professionally, and effectively while restoring their property and minimizing further damage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist Lead Technicians with mitigation services for Category 1, 2, and 3 water losses, mold remediation, and fire-related damage. Assess and help determine the extent of property damage. Perform demolition activities as required to facilitate mitigation and restoration efforts. Remove and dispose of construction debris in a safe and efficient manner. Lift, move, and transport equipment and materials as needed. Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review. Complete all job-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Follow company safety policies, procedures, and industry standards at all times. Properly use, maintain, and care for company equipment, tools, and materials. Participate in the on-call rotation schedule. Technicians are required to be on call for one week at a time, including after-hours and weekend emergency responses. On-call shifts typically rotate every 3-4 weeks. Overtime opportunities and bonus compensation are available. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication with customers, clients, and team members. Report to work on time, in proper uniform, and maintain a clean, professional appearance. Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting and extended periods of standing, bending, and walking. Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work in emergency response situations and adapt to changing job site conditions. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
