Job Description

When a home or business floods or burns, we're the crew that shows up. Property Craft is a restoration company handling water, fire, mold, asbestos, and storm damage across Colorado. We need a Lead Restoration Technician in Southern Colorado right now. What you'll do:
  • Water mitigation: extraction, demo, set and monitor drying equipment, daily moisture readings
  • Fire and smoke cleanup, soot removal, and deodorization
  • Support mold remediation and abatement crews with containment and negative air
  • Contents pack-out and inventory
  • Photo and reading documentation that holds up for the insurance carrier
  • On-call rotation
  • losses don't wait for business hours What you need:
  • 1+ year of restoration, construction, or related field experience
  • Valid Colorado driver's license and an insurable driving record
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, on ladders, and in a respirator
  • Show up on time and work independently once the scope is set Nice to have:
  • IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, FSRT)
  • Colorado asbestos worker certification
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Prior insurance restoration experience If you can start this week, say so.
