In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide variety of commercial restaurant equipment, ensuring our client's kitchens operate at peak efficiency.
Compensation:
Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) plus premium overtime pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in diverse commercial restaurant equipment. Execute scheduled preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment longevity. Manage and complete digital work orders with efficiency and precision. Respond promptly to urgent emergency service calls as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge (required). Proven experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and installation techniques. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills. Clear verbal and written communication skills for client interaction. Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. High integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site. Flexibility to work paid overtime for emergency and peak-demand calls. Preferred Skills (Plus Factors): Working knowledge of commercial plumbing systems. Basic understanding or experience with commercial HVAC systems.
