Pluming Drain Technician Pay Range:

$25.00•$30.00 per hour + Spiffs +

Bonuses Work Hours:

7:30am to 3:30pm

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday | overtime required

What You Will Be Doing:

Performed residential and commercial drain cleaning services using snakes, augers, and hydro-jetting equipment Diagnosed drain and sewer line issues using video inspection and locating tools Removed blockages and restored proper drainage and sewer system functionality Recommended repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance solutions to customers Maintained tools, hydro-jetting equipment, and service vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation Followed company safety procedures and industry standards on all service calls Delivered excellent customer service by clearly explaining issues, repair options, and completed work Completed accurate job reports, invoices, and service documentation using ServiceTitan Managed daily scheduling, customer updates, and work orders through

ServiceTitan What We Are Looking For:

2 + years of experience in drain cleaning / plumbing Able to use and operate drain cleaning equipment Able to lift 50+ lbs. Comfortable working in confined spaces as needed Strong communication and customer service skills Willing to work in all weather conditions Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
