is seeking a motivated and hands-on Environmental Technician to join our growing team in Indianapolis IN . If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and making a real impact on environmental projects, this opportunity is for you.

Pay & Perks Hourly Pay:

$18

• 23/hour (based on experience)

Weekly Hours:

40-50 hours on average

Overtime:

Time-and-a-half after 40 hours

Sign-On Bonus:

$2,000 (paid over first 3 months) All medical, dental, and life insurance for employees is fully covered at 100%. Family medical and dental insurance is covered at 60%. Travel accommodations provided Career growth and training opportunities What You'll Do Support environmental field projects across central Tennessee and occasionally nationwide Operate power tools, earthmoving equipment, landscaping equipment, and surveying equipment Safely drive pickup trucks, compact loaders, and mini-excavators Record daily work activities using mobile apps or computer software Travel via company vehicle or commercial airline as needed What We're Looking For Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to travel (overnight and out-of-state) 30% of the year Experience with hand tools and light equipment preferred Valid driver's license required Preferred Qualifications Background in construction (civil), environmental remediation, or landscaping Certifications such as valid DL and ability to obtain a Medical Card. Job Requirements:

Background in construction (civil), environmental remediation, or landscaping Certifications such as valid DL and ability to obtain a Medical Card. Clean driving record, no DUI Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check Must possess basic math and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high standard of workmanship Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in extreme weather and/or temperatures Ability to work extended hours and weekends if required
