Overview Join our team as a Field Service Technician, where your expertise will drive the maintenance, repair, and installation of a wide range of electrical, sprinkler and life safety systems. In this role, you'll be the frontline problem solver, ensuring our clients' equipment operates smoothly and efficiently. Your technical skills and customer service excellence will be vital in delivering top-tier service that keeps operations running seamlessly. This position offers an opportunity to work in building compliance with multiple types of equipment across diverse environments. Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance on electrical and sprinkler systems. Install and repair equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings following schematics and technical manuals. Conduct routine inspections of life safety equipment to identify issues early and recommend solutions. Interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose system problems. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and reports documenting repairs performed and parts used. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during every interaction. Experience Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Hands-on experience with appliance installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across various brands and models. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings for effective diagnostics. Familiarity with electrical pumps and related mechanical components. Construction or maintenance experience is a plus for understanding complex mechanical systems. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls efficiently.
