Exterior Services Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled Exterior Service Technician to join our team at a leading Roofing and Siding company. This role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of roofing, and siding, ensuring optimal operation and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and knowledge of the exterior industry, with strong experience in customer service. Duties Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repairs to exterior components. Diagnose and repair issues using analysis skills and experience. Utilize company CRM software to track maintenance activities. Ensure safety and quality standards are met. Install, modify, and upgrade exterior products and services while adhering to safety protocols. Provide field service support for customer sites, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Identify exterior issues accurately and implement effective solutions. Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities in compliance with company procedures. Experience Proven experience in exterior service work. Strong exterior service experience preferred. Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques. Experience working with CRMs Background in construction required Excellent analysis skills combined with customer service orientation to ensure efficient resolution of issues in field service settings. This position requires a dedicated professional with strong exterior construction knowledge and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced roofing and siding environment.
