Who You Are:
Strong mechanical aptitude or interests Familiar with mechanical components (pumps, valves, piping, flanges, etc.) Enjoy learning new technologies Find joy in serving others and solving problems Enjoy working independently as well as on a team Determined to finish the job Take pride in working safely
Experience:
5+ years of experience in mechanical, HVAC, field service, or electrical role, preferably in customer-facing setting Ability to diagnose and solve/recommend solutions to mechanical and/or electrical problems High school diploma or GED Able to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Job Responsibilities:
Service and maintain high-purity water systems of varying degrees of complexity at customer sites Collaborate with service management and engineering team to perform diagnostic and troubleshooting measures that impact water system efficiency Assist installation team in commissioning/startup of new water systems Establish and maintain effective, trusted working relationships with customers Provide thorough documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures of all services provided Uses safe work practices driving, in the shop, and at customer sites; follows customer rules Serve in rotation for on call emergency services Significant local travel, plus average 7 overnights/month based on customer needs and location Job functions require ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs., climb steps and ladders, walk, bend, stoop, balance, crawl, and reach on a routine basis Please visit www.pureflowinc.com to learn more about Pureflow.
