Role:

Red Lightning Field Service LLC is looking for a motivated and hardworking Shop Helper to join our team in Largo, FL! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn hands-on skills, and grow within a dynamic field service environment. Responsibilities:

Assist technicians and senior staff with daily shop operations and tasks Organize and maintain shop cleanliness, tools, and equipment Load, unload, and stage parts, materials, and supplies as needed Support inventory management, including stocking shelves and tracking materials Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of shop facilities and work areas Follow all safety protocols and procedures in a shop environment Assist with prepping equipment and vehicles for field service jobs

Requirements:

No prior experience required — a willingness to learn and work hard is a must Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more) Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to follow directions and work well within a team environment Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in field service/trades is a plus Valid driver's license required Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on shop setting
