Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, customer service, and general maintenance tasks associated with beverage equipment. Qualifications Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills Field Service and Customer Service skills General Maintenance skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent Technical degree or certification in related field is a plus Experience in the beverage industry is a plus

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical components. Valid driver's license, with clear record. Must enjoy coffee, as taste testing is the final step in repairs and installs.
