Job Description

As an Entry-Level Water Utility Worker, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable delivery of clean and safe water to our community. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to perform a variety of tasks related to the operation and maintenance of our water distribution system.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of water mains, pipelines, and infrastructure. Conducting routine inspections of water facilities to identify and address any issues or potential hazards. Responding to service calls and emergencies, such as water main breaks or leaks, with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Providing support during scheduled maintenance activities, including flushing and hydrant testing. Participating in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in water utility operations. No prior experience required - we're seeking motivated individuals eager to learn and contribute to our team. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong work ethic and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
