As a NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) certified firm, we adhere to the highest industry standards for HVAC system cleaning. Using state-of-the-art tools and techniques to provide comprehensive duct cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. We are committed to improving indoor air quality and delivering exceptional service with integrity, professionalism, and technical expertise. Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. This full-time, on-site position involves performing NADCA-compliant air duct and HVAC system cleaning services at customer sites throughout Central Florida.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning HVAC components and ductwork using negative air machines, agitation tools, and other NADCA-recommended equipment
- Documenting work performed
- Ensuring all work meets NADCA standards for safety, cleanliness, and performance
- Availability to work after hours and on weekends, as required. Qualifications
- Physically capable of performing hands-on tasks, including the use of power tools and working in elevated, confined, or restricted spaces such as ladders, crawl spaces, attics, and tight access areas.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able and prepared to travel to customer sites both within Florida and out-of-state as needed
- Prior experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, or IAQ services is highly desirable but not required
