We help homeowners, businesses, and property managers recover from water damage, fire & smoke damage, and mold issues . We're looking for a Restoration Technician who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, rewarding industry. Key Responsibilities Perform water damage mitigation : water extraction, drying, and dehumidification. Assist in fire and smoke cleanup : odor removal, soot cleaning, and structural cleaning. Support mold remediation tasks under supervision (training provided). Operate hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment safely and effectively. Perform specialized cleaning services such as floor, upholstery, and surface restoration. Maintain clean job sites and ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly. Work with team members to assess damage and develop project restoration plans . Provide excellent customer service by explaining processes and answering client questions. Qualifications Experience preferred but will train motivated candidates . Knowledge of water, fire, or mold restoration is a plus. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality results. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. Positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
