Strong field leadership is the foundation of that mission. This role matters. The Role (What You'll Actually Do) As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you are responsible for execution in the field. You won't just "help on jobs." You'll lead them.

You will:

Lead water mitigation, dry-outs, demolition, and emergency service projects Direct technicians on-site and maintain production standards Set up and monitor drying equipment properly using moisture mapping and psychrometric principles Execute clean, organized demolition and containment work Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete (photos, moisture readings, notes, job updates) Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism Communicate clearly with Project Managers, Operations leadership, subcontractors, and clients Help newer technicians improve and follow company systems Represent FP Property Restoration professionally at all times This is a hands-on leadership role. We expect leaders to lead from the front. What We're Looking For We are hiring dependable operators — not warm bodies.
