$18 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing Deodorize and sanitize indoor space Repair and restore the structure Carry out water extraction and mitigation services Organize and clean salvageable belongings and property
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Execute mitigation tasks on water, mold, fire, biohazard, and wind damage projects Document your work accurately — daily logs, time tracking, removal notes, and photos Interact with clients professionally and with genuine care and empathy Follow Standard Operating Procedures and uphold safety standards on every job Participate in after-hours emergency response (on-call rotation)
Qualifications:
Must have IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification) certification, WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred High school diploma or GED required Applicant should be comfortable working in the field, in all types of weather and environments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and in good physical fitness and stamina for cleanup Good communication, teamwork, and listening skills
