Full-Time Advance Your Career with a Leadership Opportunity in Restoration Rytech Restoration of the Midlands is expanding operations into Augusta, GA and is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead WaterFire Restoration Technician . This role is ideal for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of projects while contributing to the growth of a new service area. This position is based in Augusta and supported by our Columbia, SC (Midlands) headquarters, with occasional travel for training and operational support. PayBenefits Package $20-$25 per hour, based on experience and leadership ability Comprehensive health benefits package offered Paid time off (PTO) and paid holiday ICRC certification reimbursement and ongoing professional development Key Responsibilities Lead water mitigation, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation projects Assess loss, identify source of damage, and determine scope of work Perform controlled demolition and debris removal (as approved) Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers) Maintain accurate job documentation, and daily logs on Mitigate system Conduct job site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards Qualifications
ICRC WRT
Certification (required) Demonstrated experience in water and/or fire restoration Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Clean driving record Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including holidays Capability to perform physically demanding work
