Role:
SERVPRO is looking for a driven and dependable Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Conyers, GA. This is your chance to make a real difference by helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage when they need it most. Responsibilities:
Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation and restoration services at residential and commercial job sites Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters Conduct demolition tasks such as removing damaged drywall, flooring, and structural materials Document job progress through photos, moisture readings, and detailed written reports Clean and restore contents, structures, and affected areas following SERVPRO standards and IICRC guidelines Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and team members throughout the restoration process Load, unload, and maintain restoration equipment and company vehicles Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours and weekend dispatches as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in restoration, construction, remediation, or a related trade preferred IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) a plus but not required — training available Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in varying conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including on-call rotations Excellent customer service skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor
