We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Drain Technician to join our growing and dedicated Plumbing team. What You'll Do Respond to residential service calls and customer inquiries Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer system issues Perform drain cleaning using professional equipment and techniques Conduct camera inspections to identify blockages, breaks, and other drainage concerns Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean and restore drain lines Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers Maintain, repair, and restore drain and sewer systems Inspect plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and performance Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with customers and management What You Need Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Drain Technician or Drain Cleaner Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting, bending, and working in various environments Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new methods and technologies What We Offer Plenty of advancement opportunities Weekly pay Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, company-paid holidays, paid birthday, and paid parental leave New take-home service vehicles, fully stocked Company-issued phone and tablet Uncapped earning potential Employee referral bonuses Continued training and professional development
