We are a large and well-established plumbing and septic service and repair company now offering restoration services, which means built in leads! We are looking for a responsible, positive, and professional individual with experience in the water restoration industry who can communicate clearly with customers and team members.
Overview :
Monitors, inspects and completes tasks for Water Restoration jobs to ensure completion of extracting, drying, demolition and various restoration activities. Prepare and review documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies. Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers.

Job Responsibilities:
Inspect, evaluate, and accurately document property damage due to water/sewage in residential and commercial environments Remove standing water from affected area using extraction methods Setup appropriate amounts of equipment to properly dry structure. Demolition / removal of affected building materials as directed Physical ability to move furniture and carryout other moderate physical activities as requested on the jobsite Explain processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers using printed materials as a guide with or without supervisor Completes assigned jobs according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job Performs water damage repair to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, light construction and demolition as directed by supervisor Inspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for approval purposes, and requests payments when necessary Performs daily monitoring and tasks on assigned water jobs to residential and/or commercial customers with urgency Responsible for making daily adjustments to the drying plan based on meter readings Resolves issues with customers, communicates customer issues, daily job activities with supervisor and key company staff Prepares documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies
Experience & Requirements:
2+ years of water restoration industry experience Experience completing documentation for water damage jobs , including photos, notes, and insurance-related records Ability to inspect properties and assess total damages accurately Experience communicating with homeowners, property managers, and contractors Experience with Xactimate preferred IICRC Certification (WRT preferred) is a plus but not require Must be professional with strong communication skills Willingness to be on-call , work evenings (past 3 PM), and handle physically demanding, hands-on work Not afraid of dirty or challenging job site conditions Valid driver's license with clean MVR Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Compensation & Benefits:
$20 - $25 per hour based on experience
