Repair & Maintain Aerial Lift Equipment:
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems used on aerial lift and utility equipment.- Respond to
Field Service Calls:
Independently manage on-site service visits at customer locations within your assigned territory.Ensure Equipment Safety & Reliability:
Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to maintain equipment performance and meet applicable safety standards.Customer Support:
Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations while ensuring a positive service experience.Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of service work performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Territory Information- Technicians are dispatched directly from home.
- Travel within the assigned service territory may be up to 250 miles.

Pay Range:
$27- 40/hr. based on experience and skillset

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical certification (ASE, EVT, hydraulic systems, or related training) is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience working with: Aerial lift trucks, bucket trucks, hydraulic systems, heavy equipment, utility or construction equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues independently in the field.
- Comfortable working independently and managing service schedules.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel within the designated service area.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
