We are seeking experienced candidates to join the Brock Cabinets team as a Level III Service Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION
Independently handle complex installation projects as well as diagnose and repair basic cabinet issues such as loose hinges, minor scratches, or damaged hardware. Proper use of hand and power tools commonly used for cabinet installation and repair. Answer basic customer service questions. Maintain record of work performed and materials used for each job. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications. Mentor and guide less experienced Service Technicians assisting in their development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 Years old and have a valid Driver's License with no DUI/DWI. Knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, and installation techniques. Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds. Work efficiently as a team or independently. Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and installations. Effective communication skills including but not limited to reading, writing, and active listening. Problem-solving in the field to help complete your tasks promptly. Quality customer service. Mentoring coworkers in the workplace.

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour

EXPERIENCE
(2) years of cabinetry experience preferred (1) year of construction experience preferred (1) year of leadership experience preferred (5) years of licensed driving experience with no infractions required Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship that transforms spaces!
