The OpportunityThis role is both strategic and hands-on, focused on establishing and growing a structural restoration service line.

You will:

Lead, build, and scale the Structural Restoration divisionDefine service offerings, delivery standards, and growth strategyLeverage existing relationships and reputation to win new workOversee complex structural rehabilitation and repair projectsPrimary project focus includes:

Existing buildings and infrastructure, including:

Concrete repair and strengtheningStructural remediation and retrofittingCrack repair, corrosion mitigation, and durability upgradesLoad-bearing repairs and stabilizationThis is a full lifecycle leadership role, spanning investigation, technical leadership, project delivery, and commercial ownership.

Key ResponsibilitiesDivision Leadership & GrowthBuild and lead the Structural Restoration division from inceptionDevelop market strategy, client relationships, and service capabilitiesIdentify, pursue, and secure new project opportunitiesRecruit and develop a high-performing technical and operational teamTechnical LeadershipAct as senior authority on:
