Job Description:
Respond to emergency service calls during scheduled work hours, with opportunities to participate in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule. Assess damaged properties and perform restoration services to return them to pre-loss condition. Learn and apply industry-leading restoration techniques, equipment, and best practices. Collaborate with team members to complete restoration projects safely, efficiently, and professionally. Deliver exceptional customer service during challenging situations. Take pride in helping customers restore their homes, businesses, and peace of mind.
Position Requirements:
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high level of integrity. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with commitment to producing high-quality work and attention to detail. Flexibility to work extended hours when project demands require. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in changing situations. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
