OTS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oneida Innovations Group and is the parent company of Croop-LaFrance (CLF), an experienced federal contracting firm. We are searching for experienced Field Service Technicians to support RSSC-Pacific (MS 275) . Individuals selected for this role will support enlisted personnel in providing end-user support and provide technical support for the following:

• Desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Set-up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Respond to tickets and requests for technical assistance in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and software licenses.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and system backups.
• Educate end-users on basic troubleshooting techniques and best practices for using technology.

Requirements:

Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop/PCs and other devices Security Clearance is required; interim level is acceptable. IT education preferred. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus. Must be able lift 50 lbs.
