Mitigation Technician

Fire & Water Restoration Technician - Full Time Eau Claire Join the longest-standing restoration company in the Eau Claire area. For years, we have built a reputation for quality work, fast response times, and taking care of our customers when they need help most. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking technician to join our growing team. This position involves responding to fire, water, mold, and storm damage losses in residential and commercial properties throughout the Chippewa Valley.

Responsibilities:

Water extraction and structural drying Demolition and cleanup after fire or water damage Mold remediation assistance Carpet and contents cleaning Equipment setup and monitoring Maintaining clean and professional jobsites Providing excellent customer service during difficult situations

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Valid driver's license with good driving record Ability to work occasional after-hours or emergency calls Construction or restoration experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
