Job Description
Contract Management Specialist needed to support contract drafting, review, redaction, data collection, tracking, and M&A-related contract activities. Job Requirements BA/BS degree required 3-4 years of contract management experience Experience drafting contract-related documents Experience with consent letters and novation documents Experience performing in-depth contract review and analysis Experience with contract redaction and cleanup Experience collecting, aggregating, and organizing contractual data Experience creating and maintaining customer progress tracking Experience supporting data room management Experience using digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot and e-discovery platforms Preferred Skills Prior M&A experience Experience coordinating contractual overviews with internal stakeholders Experience preparing contract summaries for senior leadership Experience managing high-volume contract documentation Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes Job Responsibilities Draft contract-related documents, including consent letters and novation documents Review and analyze contracts for key terms, obligations, and required updates Redact and clean up contract documents for review and distribution Collect, aggregate, and maintain contractual data Create and update customer progress tracking documentation Support data room organization, uploads, and document management Use digital tools, Microsoft Co-Pilot, and e-discovery platforms to support contract workflows Coordinate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership regarding contractual status and overview Support contract-related activities tied to M&A processes
