Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Fire and Water Restoration Technician, where your skills will directly impact clients' lives by restoring their properties after fire, water, or mold damage. In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of disaster recovery, utilizing your expertise in cleaning and restoration to bring spaces back to life. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure efficient, thorough service delivery while working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and dedication. Duties Perform fire and water damage restoration tasks, including cleaning, drying, dehumidifying, and mold remediation to restore properties effectively. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to remove debris, dismantle damaged structures, and prepare sites for reconstruction. Conduct thorough inspections of affected areas to assess damage levels and determine appropriate restoration procedures. Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized remediation services as needed. Support construction activities such as minor repairs, drywall removal, and surface cleaning to facilitate property restoration. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and progress updates for each project. Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met and safety protocols are followed at all times. Qualifications Familiarity with cleaning techniques using various tools and equipment including hand tools and power tools. Ability to operate carpet cleaning machines and perform basic construction tasks confidently. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for documentation and reporting. Physically capable of performing manual labor including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Valid driver's license. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
