Job Description

Job Summary:
Resto Clean is seeking a reliable and hardworking Restoration Technician to join our team. This role involves responding to residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other types of damage. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to delivering high-quality service during stressful situations for clients. This position works under the direction of a Lead Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to emergency service calls for water, fire, mold, and storm damage Work under the supervision of a Lead Technician to assess damage and execute restoration plans Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and debris removal Clean, sanitize, and restore affected areas and contents Set up and monitor restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.) Document job progress, including photos, notes, and moisture readings Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior restoration, construction, or labor experience preferred (but not required) IICRC certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
Work Environment:
On-call availability for emergency services, including nights and weekends Exposure to various environmental conditions (water, smoke, mold, etc.) Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
Benefits:
