MUST Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Restoration Technician to respond to water damage emergencies in residential and commercial properties. This role involves water extraction, drying, cleanup, and providing excellent customer service. You would be working along with our plumbing & water restoration technicians and earn while you learn the trade!

Responsibilities:

Reach customer site as scheduled Inspect and assess property damage, present solutions to the customers Perform water extraction and structural drying Remove damaged materials (drywall, carpet, etc.) Set up and monitor drying equipment Clean and sanitize affected areas Document jobs and communicate with customers/insurance Respond to regular & emergency water damage calls Adhere to Roto-Rooters safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license Clean driving record & should pass background check Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Comfortable in physically demanding environments Strong work ethic and customer service skills Restoration experience preferred, if not we will teach!
