Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contents Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the restoration process by managing and restoring contents affected by fire, water, and mold damage. The Contents Specialist will ensure that all items are cleaned, restored, and returned to their original condition while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Contents Specialist must have a valid drivers license Responsibilities Able to lift heavy objects and such as appliances and furniture Documentation of the items before and after removal of the Jobsite Assess damaged contents for cleaning and restoration needs. Perform cleaning tasks for various materials including textiles, electronics, and furniture. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to assist in the restoration process. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during restoration projects. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the restoration process. Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all restoration activities. Document the condition of items before and after restoration for client records. Experience Any sales or customer service is beneficial Experience driving large vehicles such as a box truck Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to fire damage, water damage, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, and asbestos abatement is preferred. Basic construction knowledge is beneficial but not required. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to restoration work is essential. A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship is required.
