Agricultural Equipment Service Technician (Field) Farm Equipment USA - Jerome, ID $35.00 - $42.00 per hour | Full-Time Farm Equipment USA is a fast-growing company in the agricultural hub of Jerome, Idaho. We're seeking a high-level Field Service Technician to join our team. About the Role As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, providing on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for agricultural equipment. You will work independently with a fully equipped service truck while supporting farmers and agribusinesses in the field. This role requires being on-call and available to work some nights and weekends as needed . Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues Perform major overhauls and rebuilds Provide on-site service and customer support Complete work orders accurately and on time Maintain service truck and tools Mentor junior technicians Communicate with the Service Manager and team Meet performance and efficiency standards Qualifications 3+ years of mechanic experience (required) Agricultural or tractor service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Familiar with diagnostic tools and software Ability to work independently Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Must supply personal tools Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with performance increases Company service truck and diagnostic equipment Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Our Mission We are committed to integrity, teamwork, and helping American farmers succeed.
