Field Service Technician

Come work with us as a Field Service Technician based out of our Twin Falls, ID location. You will perform field diagnosis and repair of digital copiers, printers and other connected digital products for our customers. Your service area includes, but is not limited to, the Magic Valley Area with assistance in surrounding territories as needed. We strive to support our Field Service Technicians both inside and outside of the office and want them to achieve a healthy work/life balance. We offer a rate between $18.00 - $28.00 an hour! Lucrative lead fees and even commissions! Benefits and PTO! Standard work hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm! Here's what you'll be doing: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in office environments. Work within a team of likeminded professionals. Interact with our customers in a positive and professional manner. Drive a company-provided vehicle stocked with the tools and parts you need to be effective at your job. Put your interest in technology and problem-solving skills to use every day. What you bring to the position: Some knowledge and interest in copiers, printers, electronics, and digital technology. Demonstrated desire and ability to learn new information. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and positively as part of a team. Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle, proof of a current, unrestricted driver's license for the state in which the job is located. Ability to lift 75lbs and push/pull heavy equipment with assistance. We provide you with all the necessary tools to ensure your success, which includes training and one-on-one support.
