Field Technician

Job Summary We are seeking skilled and motivated Field Technicians to join our team. Our company specialized in radon mitigation with services including installation of active radon mitigation systems, system repairs, sump pump and battery backup pump installations, and foundation crack filling services. The ideal candidate will have a background in working within a related trade industry. Preferential consideration will be given to those candidates with background in radon mitigation, contracting, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or related fields. This role involves working directly in the field to install, maintain, and troubleshoot various systems and equipment. Duties Preparing and ensuring job supplies are inventoried and prepared for the field work each day. Primary duties include installing radon mitigation systems. This includes coring concrete, handling PVC pipe, wiring, and diagnostics Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete installations and repairs efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pressure differentials Provide exceptional field service to clients by ensuring high-quality installations and maintenance of equipment. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or similar role in related trades industry. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel to job sites. Must be willing to drive company vehicle. Relability is the utmost importance. Technicians are expected to be on time and prepared for duties each scheduled shift.
